Experienced engineers are available for application assistance of seals in combination with other Ashcroft® products such as pressure gauges, switches and transducers. Dresser Instruments also has a wide network of trained diaphragm seal assemblers across the U.S.

New additions to this product line are the Ashcroft® Type 311/312 midi-seal: a small, cost-effective diaphragm seal with important features that are usually found in larger diaphragm seals. Some of these features are: continuous duty design; all-welded construction to eliminate possible leakage of the process media; many process connections including 1" male NPT; and a flushing connection option for easy cleaning in applications where clogging could occur. The Ashcroft® 311/312 diaphragm seal can be used with switches, transducers, digital gauges, or 31/2" and 41/2 " Bourdon tube gauges from vacuum through 1000 psi and 100 psi through 1000 psi, respectively.

The Ashcroft Type 330 mini-diaphragm seal introduces a diaphragm that is flush with the end of the 1" male NPT process connection. The design eliminates any pocket or dead-leg so that particles in the process will not interfere with continuous instrument performance.
